Dr. Phi Luong grew up in Orange County. She graduated cum laude from the University of California San Diego, then continued her dental education at the University of California San Francisco.
Dr. Phi then completed her two-year specialty training in pediatric dentistry at St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children in Philadelphia. Recognized for her outstanding services to the community and leadership, she was honored with the Hu Friedy and Omicron Kappa Upsilon scholarship.
